What you are owed, and what you owe.
Aged against each document’s own due date, with the withholding that applies, the credit standing that blocks an order, and a collection run that is a plan rather than a list.

Receivables and payables on one ledger, with aging, credit control, withholding and statements of account.
What it actually does.
Credit enforced at the order, not discovered at the invoice
A customer over their limit is stopped while the order is still an order. Finding out at invoicing is finding out after the goods have gone.
- Limits and terms per customer, with who can release an exception.
- Profit per customer after every discount, rebate and delivery.
- Statements of account produced from the ledger, not assembled by hand.
The last line is the one that matters, and it is the one a spreadsheet hides in a total.
The payable is built from the order
Not from whatever was written on the delivery receipt. A delivery receipt with no price on it does not change what you agreed to pay, and treating it as if it did is how payables come out short and nobody notices.
- Three-way match between order, receipt and invoice.
- Withholding applied at the rate that belongs to that supplier.
- Certificates produced in both directions — what you owe and what is owed to you.
The system knows before the delivery leaves, not after the statement goes out.
The ones people ask about this.
Can we age by a date other than the invoice date?
Yes — aging runs against each document’s own due date, which is what the terms actually say rather than a flat thirty days from issue.
Does it handle post-dated checks?
Yes, as a register that is a plan: by date, by bank and by customer, so you know what clears this week and what will not.
What if a supplier invoice disagrees with the order?
It is held, and the difference is shown against the line. Posting it anyway would make the payable right and the stock wrong.
Can we see profit per customer?
Yes, after discount, rebate and delivery — which is usually a very different ranking from profit on gross margin.
Nothing here is a separate product.
